ENGINEERING
Our engineering team plays a crucial role in the entire process. They collaborate closely with clients to understand their specific requirements, offer technical expertise, and develop innovative solutions to optimize the manufacturing process and enhance the overall quality of the products.
Our engineering department enables us to provide a feasibility analysis service and the necessary drawings for the manufacturing of various equipment.
LASER CUTTING
Our laser cutting specialists are equipped with state-of-the-art equipment to ensure precise and efficient cutting of various materials. They have a keen eye for detail and are capable of handling complex designs with accuracy.
Our 72''X144'' laser cutting table allows us to offer cutting in various thicknesses, up to:

MECHANICAL ASSEMBLY
Plate 2000 Fabrication specializes in the mechanical assembly of the products we manufacture for our clients. We have in-house capabilities for adjusting and operating electrical and mechanical assemblies.
Equipped with a Toyota-type assembly line, our technicians can perform the final assembly and inspection of your equipment to deliver a high-quality turnkey product.
BENDING
Plate 2000 Fabrication offers multi-axis bending service through its CNC press brakes.

SUNBLASTING
Plate 2000 Fabrication has an industrial sandblasting chamber measuring 20" x 32" x 13'6", used to prepare parts and promote paint adhesion on materials.
PAINTING
Plate 2000 Fabrication also has an industrial paint booth measuring 20" x 32" x 13'6", enabling us to offer value-added products.
The sandblasting and painting team employs advanced techniques to prepare surfaces for finishing and provide a smooth, professional appearance to the final products.
